24-hour Guarantee

As this time is extremely busy, we work hard around the clock to ensure you, our customers get your roses delivered on time.

Your package will be delivered within 24 hours of the time that we receive your order, unless you have selected delivery for a future date. Orders placed within 24 hours of a British holiday are not subject to our 24-hour guarantee.

Also exempt from our 24-hour guarantee is when our courier service is unable to deliver your package on time due to inclement weather creating hazardous or delay in their travel times due to any internal reasons.

Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive your package on the specified delivery date, and that any necessary information such as a buzzer code is provided. If not, we are not responsible for resulting stolen packages or delivery failure.

Any orders that are placed with 50 or more Roses/Stems will be exempt from being delivered in our signature boxes, such roses shall be hand tied and hand delivered.

24 Hour Shipping is not applicable on orders made on/ or for Saturday/Sunday/Monday, unless organised via a confirmed email/phone call, due to our delivery partners not processing shipments on weekends.

Our LUXURY HIGH-END PRESERVED ROSES BLUETOOTH SPEAKER: Requires 2 weeks pre-order. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding this. Each piece is hand-made, and takes time to make it with precision.

We use only the highest quality of roses, should your colour not be available, we will use a colour that best matches your colour. We aim to bring you the best of roses all year round.

If your delivery is urgent and required sooner, please reach out to our team and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

We do not have a refund policy, all our sales are final, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your delivery, we shall look into this and provide a gift certificate on concluding a verified reason.

We are currently having difficulties in our atelier processing orders due to internal measures, your roses will be delivered later than usual as we work towards fulfilling orders.

When ordering please be advised that there is option for upgrade, however if you choose to upgrade, and later choose to cancel, a gift certificate shall be issued.
