In the event that you are unsatisfied with your roses, or they do not arrive, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery or when you were supposed to receive them, and we will work with you to make things right. We do not have a refund policy, all our sales are final, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your delivery, we shall look into this and provide a gift certificate on concluding a verified reason.
